Testimonials

In their words

“My experience with her has honestly been one of the best coaching experiences I’ve had. I started without expecting much, but she completely changed my perspective and helped me far more than I ever expected. Her advices always felt genuine, thoughtful, and actually useful that I still find myself remembering and applying them today. What I also really appreciated is how grounded and real she is. She has a way of seeing you for who you truly are, without judgement, making you feel understood and comfortable being yourself. She is very relatable, and approachable, and you can genuinely feel that she wants the best for you. I’m very grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for genuine support and guidance.”

A coaching client

“I started working with Nassab six months ago, and she completely changed my recovery. Before working with her, I lived in constant fear and did not trust myself. Today, I finally feel at peace and in control of my life. She makes me feel safe and understood. Because she has been through this herself, she truly gets it. She is always there for me whenever I need her and is incredibly dependable. She knows exactly how to stop my overthinking, keep things simple, and give me tools that actually work when cravings hit hard. Most importantly, she did not just show me that I deserve a better life, she is actively helping me build it. I highly recommend Nassab to anyone struggling with addiction, she is really amazing.”

FAQ

Good to know

Do I need to be in a specific stage of recovery to work with you?

Not at all. Whether you are actively trying to navigate early sobriety, working to break a stubborn behavioral addiction, or maintaining long-term recovery, you are welcome here. This coaching is entirely about supporting your current needs, your unique situation, and your personal goals.

Is this just for people with addiction?

No. While I work closely with individuals facing addiction (being in recovery myself!), my sessions are fully open to the family members, partners, and loved ones who are riding the roller coaster alongside them. Anyone looking for stability, boundaries, and healing is welcome.

Do you work with families too?

Yes. I support both individuals in recovery and families affected by addiction, helping loved ones establish firm boundaries, break enabling habits, and protect their own peace.

What is the difference between the Free Discovery Call and a standard Session?

The Free Discovery Call is a 30-minute, no-pressure conversation to share your challenges, see if we are a good fit, and explore your options. A standard Session is a focused, 60-minute hour where we bypass generic advice to build a concrete, realistic safety and action plan tailored to your daily life.

What can I expect from coaching sessions?

Each session is a safe space to focus entirely on you- what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what’s possible. We’ll combine reflection, strategy, and accountability in a way that suits your pace and energy. You don’t need to come with everything figured out; we will work it out together.

How should I prepare for my sessions?

You don’t need to prepare anything or have your life sorted out. All I ask is that you show up exactly as you are, in a quiet, private space where you feel safe to speak openly.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Your privacy and confidentiality are treated with the utmost care, respect, and strict professional standards.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Life happens. You are welcome to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. I will always do my best to accommodate sudden changes.

When is payment required?

Payment is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been completed.
